PC One System

In September 2002 we licensed and introduced the PC One Cleaning System.
Since then we have placed several systems and their owners are exceptionally pleased with the results they are achieving.

This patented system uses three distinct processes. Step one soaks the foam in the cartridge with distilled or purified water and cleans it using vacuum impregnation. Step two empties the ink and water/solvent using centrifugal force. Step three dries the foam in the cartridge using a vacuum oven process. The result is you have a cartridge that is prepared properly to be filled with ink using one of the R-JetTek filling systems including the Fill & Prime or the UltraFill 3 Color 4 or 8 Station.

One customer’s comments:

The results we are achieving with this cost effective system are exceptional. In the past we have thrown away thousands of cartridges that didn’t work because they were not prepared properly to receive ink. Now we process and sell them and our customers are very pleased with the quality.

Step 1

(Can also be used as vacuum oven)

The patented vacuum impregnation system cleans the cartridge foam, printhead nozzles and ink delivery channels. Process all popular HP, Canon, and Lexmark integrated foam filled color and black cartridges. Includes tank, Plexiglas cover plate, drain hose cartridge weights.

Buyer will supply a vacuum pump capable of 27-inch hg. (Or purchase with system but understands vacuum pump unit is warranted only by manufacturer and not R-JetTek or Nuink Engineering Inc.) Buyer will also need to supply a vacuum trap.

  Step 2

Air driven centrifuge

The Centrifuge will spin to approximately 1,800 rpm and displace the ink or water/solvent from the cartridge using the G-Force. After the centrifuge operation the foam will be damp. An operator adjustable digital rpm controller controls the speed.

This unit features a 15-minute cycle time to process 12 ea. 78 type cartridges or 24 ea HP 49/Lexmark type cartridges.

Includes 8 cartridge platters:

Step 3

PC One Vacuum Oven

This is the same part as the PC One Cleaner but includes either a 110 vac or 220 vac wrap-around heat belt.

This is an integral part of the process to produce excellent cartridges. The vacuum oven process will remove excess dampness or moisture from the foam in the cartridge preparing it to receive ink. Although this process takes several hours it is a hands-off operation that is well worth the equipment investment.
