This multifunctional machine was designed to clean, empty and fill all types of integrated cartridges. Cartridges are first cleaned with hot water which is generated with the internal water heater. The hot water enters the cartridge through the nozzles using up to 20 PSI max pressure. The cartridge is then placed into the evacuation cradle where it is emptied using special vacuum pumps. Next the cartridge is placed into the fill cradle where ink is filled into it through the print nozzles. We suggest 30 seconds of cleaning, 30 seconds for emptying and the filling time is 20 to 45 seconds contingent on the cartridge type. Each operation functions independent of the other and when you get in-the-routine, high production follows.
The WorkStation 6i is our most popular machine and has two fill stations, two empty-evacuation stations and two clean stations. It has the reputation as a real workhorse. It is constructed using epoxy powder coated aluminum with silk screened labels. It is simple to operate and easy to maintain. It offers the flexibility of processing all popular HP, Lexmark and Canon integrated cartridges.
