The patented vacuum impregnation system cleans the cartridge foam, printhead nozzles and ink delivery channels. Process all popular HP, Canon, and Lexmark integrated foam filled color and black cartridges. Includes tank, Plexiglas cover plate, drain hose cartridge weights.

Buyer will supply a vacuum pump capable of 27-inch hg. (Or purchase with system for $600.00 but understands vacuum pump unit is warranted only by manufacturer and not R-Jet Tek or NuInk Engineering Inc.) Buyer will also need to supply a vacuum trap.

Air driven centrifuge

The Centrifuge will spin to approximately 1,800rpm and displace the ink or water /solvent from the cartridge using the G-Force. After the centrifuge operation the foam will be damp. An operator adjustable digital rpm controller controls the speed.

This unit features a 15-minute cycle time to process 12 ea. 78 type cartridges or 24 ea HP49/Lexmarktype cartridges.
