The Tri-Color Fill & Prime 2i system is engineered to fill and prime select tri-color cartridges. The unique fill adaptor seals the cartridge and then vacuum is introduced. The long needles are lowered into the cartridge. After a few seconds special pumps slowly yet accurately fill ink into each chamber. After the precise volume of ink is inside, the operator can toggle the vacuum to prime the cartridge. It is then removed and ready to print. The TriColor Fill & Prime 2i comes standard with two independent fill and vacuum stations, and two cartridge cradles. As an option you may purchase the system with one fill and vacuum station and one cradle. The TriColor Fill & Prime 2i requires an air compressor that will supply 5.5 cfm @ 90 psi. (Compressor not furnished). The TriColor Fill & Prime 2i is currently equipped to process the HP51641, C1823, and C6578 cartridges. Also available are adaptors to process HP51625, 51649 and Lexmark cartridges.
