The Tri-Color Ultra Fill 8 system is engineered to fill and prime tri-color cartridges. The unique fill adaptor seals the cartridge and then vacuum is introduced. The long needles are lowered into the cartridge. After a few seconds special pumps slowly yet accurately fill ink into each chamber. After the precise volume of ink is inside, the operator can toggle the vacuum to prime the cartridge. It is then removed and ready to print.

The Tri-Color Ultra Fill 8 comes standard with two independent fill and vacuum stations, and two sets of 4 cradles. As an option you may purchase the system with one fill and vacuum station and one cradle. The Tri-Color Ultra Fill 8 requires an air compressor that will supply 5.5 cfm @ 90 psi. (compressor not furnished) The Tri-Color Ultra Fill 8 is currently equipped to process the HP51641, C1823, C6578 cartridges. Also available are cradles to process HP 51625, 51649 and Lexmark cartridges.
