This is perhaps the most versatile ink jet cartridge processing machine available anywhere. With it you can fill and evacuate all the popular monochrome cartridges with a print head. It is affordable, reliable, easy, and inexpensive to operate and maintain. Features include two independent fill stations that allow you to adjust the amount of ink for the cartridge. It also includes quick-connect fittings for ink supply and waste. There are four cradle-mounting locations on the front panel-making changeover to another cartridge type quick and easy.
Like all Fluidix filling systems it includes our exclusive pressure filling technology. Unlike competitive machines that require huge CFM air supplyus, the Fluidix systems can operate using a small 1-hp air compressor with a 1-gallon tank and perform like a champ.
An option on the Ultra Pro CX is the automatic cartridge pressurization system. It is used exclusively for the HP51626/29 type cartridges to vacuum air formt he cartidge print head thus setting the check ball in the maze and preventing leaking. It also helps eliminate pre-chamber air locks. If this opetion is not selected a special cradle can be usued to perform the task manually. The Ultra Pro CX can be a high production machine on which up to 120 cartridges can be filled per station per hour.
