The ValuPro 103 machine was designed to easily fi ll both Black and Color ink cartridges. The left side of the machine consists of the Black Ink Fill and Evacuation Station, which uses cradles (purchased separately) to evacuate and fi ll cartridges through the printhead. The Black tank cartridges, such as the HP51629A or HP51645A cartridges, are fi lled using our standard syringe and air cylinder system. The right side of the machine consists of the Color Ink Fill Station, which uses special syringes and our standard air cylinder system to fi ll Color ink cartridges.

To allow greater fl exibility in fi lling many different cartridges a Universal Remote Vacuum Chamber (purchased separately) is available that enables both Black and Color cartridges to be fi lled under a vacuum. The Black and Color foam fi lled cartridges, such as the HPC6656, HPC6657, HP6578A, and Lexmark cartridges, are fi lled using special needles inside the vacuum chamber while the cartridge is under a vacuum. If a Universal Remote Vacuum Chamber is not purchased, a Cartridge Specifi c Remote Cradle must be purchased for each type of cartridge to be fi lled. The remote cradles can be used to fi ll both Black and Color cartridges under a vacuum.
