This is the workhorse. Like the WorkStation 5 and 6 this magnificent machine was engineered as a complete ink jet cartridge processing system. We have combined in one attractive lightweight case the cleaning and evacuation system from our UltraClean Vac and four independent filling stations. You can mount up to four different cartridge cradles on the front panel each with a different ink type. This minimizes the changeover from one cartridge type to another. You won't need a different machine only individual cradles to fill the HP 26A/29A, 45A, Canon BC02/20 or Lexmark 12A1970/75/1380620 cartridges.

Don't be concerned about production. You can process, on each of the four stations, 120 HP26A/29A cartridges per hour or 60 Canon, Lexmark or HP45A cartridges. If you need less production see the WorkStation 5 or 6 let us build a machine to meet your special requirements.

Standard on the WorkStation 12 is two automatic cartridge pressurization systems. You can order up to two additional automatic pressurization stations for $250 each. These are used exclusively for the HP51626/29 type cartridges to vacuum air from the cartridge printhead thus setting the check ball in the maze and preventing leaking. It also helps eliminate pre-chamber air locks using the quick connect hose.

You don't need a large air compressor for this or any Fluidix machine. just a small 1 hp air compressor with a 1 or 2 gallon tank will ensure this machine operates it's optimum efficiency. If you operate a franchise type operation this is an excellent ink jet cartridge processing system.
