R-Jet Tek and OCP inspire customers in Southern California by providing educational seminars

Starting July, 14th, OCP GmbH, Germany, and R-Jet Tek, Colorado Springs, conducted four educational seminars about Ink-Jet Technology, including Remanufacturing processes and equipment, Ink rheology and performance parameters.

Both, individual and group seminars were organized and lead over several days by Mark Drake, Western Sales Consultant of R-Jet-Tek, Michael Geiger, Sales Director of OCP GmbH (Germany) and Ricardo Gomez, Sales Manager of R-Jet Tek.

As a significant part of customer support and education, the seminars provided a learning environment for the invited clients to be informed and exposed to the benefits and quality of OCP inks and R-Jet Tek machines and their interaction in the remanufacturing market.

"By providing specific information, people can make better choices on the quality they should be striving to achieve. These continuing seminars will be a forum to present technical understanding on ink-jet components throughout the United States", Mark Drake says.

"Based upon the experiences we made in other parts of the world in the last years, OCP´s ink-jet seminars provide more than just a simple presentation of product availability, but a deeper understanding of the necessity to demand 'inks of finest quality' and also finest and reliable automated equipment", Michael Geiger continues."We recognized that we again could open minds to understand that end-users require quality products, with an increasing sensitivity on a value-added benefit."

Invitations were extended and highly appreciated by many high-profile ink-jet cartridge remanufacturers of Southern California. This group of people joined the seminars side by side, exchanging a multitude of ideas and statements regarding the present and future issues of cartridge remanufacturing throughout the channels.

"Due to the growing demand of quality and service needed in our market, R-Jet Tek and OCP are endeavoring to expand these seminars throughout the United States", Ricardo concludes. "In reaching out through these individual seminars we continue to fulfil our companies goals: Support and consultance by hands-on training and education."
