R-Jet Tek Announces New Atomizer: JetPro XP(Colorado Springs, CO) Oct. 2, 2006 – Colorado Springs based inkjet technology solutions leader R-Jet Tek has introduced a new version of their popular atomizing cleaning tool, the JetPro XP. The JetPro XP utilizes heated, atomized water droplets to remove dried ink deposits from the nozzles of the printhead and is “a vital tool in the cleaning process,” according to Vic Johnson, R-Jet Tek Communications Director. An onboard water heater warms water to the optimum temperature, which is then mixed with air to form microscopic water droplets that clean the nozzles and exterior components of the cartridge. The JetPro XP can draw RO or de-ionized water from any container eliminating the need for a hard line water source. Not requiring a hard line water source enables users to upgrade their cleaning process immediately without plumbing requirements. The new JetPro XP
comes equipped with a foot-pedal activation switch, allowing
for hands-free operation. This is extremely useful when handling
large numbers of cartridges, and speeds the process. Johnson
adds, “We consider the atomizing
step in the remanufacturing process to be critical for success.
The JetPro XP gets the job done, and our customers report having
increased yields after using it”
