R-JetTek To Add Circuit Tester

(Colorado Springs, CO) May 20, 2004 –Critical to quality control during the inkjet refilling process is evaluating cartridges for damaged print heads prior to actual production. R-JetTek, the Colorado Springs-based leader in inkjet technology solutions, announces completion of a new circuit tester for HP6578A cartridges.

R-JetTek president of development Steven Johnson believes the new piece of testing equipment will prove to be a valuable part of the production efficiency equation. Johnson notes, “We are committed to making our customers more productive. If a defective cartridge print head can be detected prior to the refilling process, production time is saved and that saves money. This circuit tester is easy to use and represents one more tool for high reliability production.”

Operating the new R-JetTek Circuit Tester is simple. The cartridge is placed into the tester and with the push of a button the cartridge test results are displayed on a screen. The decision to fill or not to fill can be made at that time. The Circuit Tester doesn’t appear in the current catalog (#115) and will soon be able to be seen on our website at www.rjettek.com. More detailed information will be available soon.
