Terms of Sale
Please read the following before placing orders with us.
R-JetTek requires cash or credit card until terms are established. All orders may be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. No COD shipments. MINIMUM ORDER IS $15.00. On orders less than $25.00, a $3.00 surcharge will be added. All prices are subject to change without notice. All foreign orders must be paid in full before we can ship your order. For payment by credit card, fax the order, along with your credit card number, expiration date, and state that you authorize us to charge your account, then sign as name appears on credit card. This is required for all credit card orders.
We can also accept payment by wire transfer to our wire transfer account. If payment is made by
check or money order from a bank in your country, funds must be in US Dollars and include a $15.00 collection fee. We prefer that foreign payments be payable by a US bank.
R-JetTek's fax number is 719-578-9722. There will be a $35.00 charge on all return checks. We
confirm receipt of faxes when requested, and will make 2 attempts. Please do not request
information by fax unless you have 24 hour fax capability.
Domestic Shipments
Our standard form of shipping is UPS ground, other methods on request.
We can ship with any carrier you prefer, ie; FED EX, BAX, DHL, etc. Please supply your account
number when requesting shipments freight forward collect. We charge exact shipping costs, plus a $2.50 handling charge per shipment. Note: If you tell us to ship your order via post, US Mail, etc. our liability ends when we surrender the order to the Post Office.
Foreign Shipments
Cost for foreign shipments varies greatly. We will ship per your instructions or ship the best price we find. Please be advised, we do not know the details of every country's customs and duty
requirements. The fees we obtain are for freight only! You must arrange for any broker needed and pay all duties and taxes to your respective countries.
If you have an account with a commercial carrier that you prefer, we will ship via that carrier freight forward collect. Please supply account number. All other shipments will be sent BAX freight forward collect. If we cannot ship collect, we will add shipping costs to your proforma invoice.
Returns
If product you purchased from us needs to be returned, call first to receive a Return Authorization
number from one of our sales staff. You must request a return authorization within 30 days from
date of receipt. We do not accept returns on ink. We assess a 15% restocking fee on all returned
merchandise unless the product is defective or the return is due to a mistake we made.

All open accounts are subject to additional terms and conditions as acknowledged between parties.
