The EasyClean is an affordable flushing unit that removes old ink and impurities from the sponges and print nozzles of cartridges to greatly decrease failed cartridges and in turn increase profits.

The EasyClean flushes up to 5 cartridges at once, completely rejuvenating dried out sponges while removing old ink. The unit comes ready to use and hooks up to a plumbed water source or can be used with R-JetTeks water pump system to draw water from a static container. Each flush line can be turned on/off independently and water pressure to the unit can be adjusted using the shutoff valve.

The Unit comes with the exclusive R-JetTek needle guide system that consolidates the needles in one cluster and utilizes spacers to prevent the screen/filter from being punctured and ruining the cartridge. Additional needle guides can be purchased to allow the flushing of up to 5 of the same cartridge at once.

The EasyClean is capable of flushing up to 1500 cartridges in an 8-hour shift, making it not only affordable, but also capable of being used in high production environments.
