Lexmark and Dell cartridges filter ink through a fine mesh screen prior to delivery to the printhead which helps prevent clogging. Press-in screens are an essential step for successfully remanufacturing these cartridges with minimal failures. Increase yields and minimize returns!

This product is the new version of the original Lexmark Press-In, (Part # P180). A major advantage of the new Lexmark #82/32/34 Press-in Screen is that it no longer requires removing the baffles in the ink channel. Removing the baffles can cause damage to the cartridge, making it unusable. The new Press-in fits with the baffles in place, eliminating the risk of damaging the cartridge.
