R-Jet Tek's patent pending vacuum system is incorporated into this desktop filling machine that utilizes either our specific cartridge filling cradles or universal vacuum chamber. Production at 960 cartridges per eight hour day with precision pumps that fill exacting amounts of ink and a new touch screen interface makes this the production line machine your operators will fall in love with. Set the parameters and press start. The exact vacuum is achieved, held for a few seconds and then the precision pumps fill the cartridges. Once filled the cartridge is ready for print testing.

It's two machines in one. The dual functionality allows for setup of difference inks for different cartridges and converting to other inks for different cartridges is a snap with the quick connect hoses.

The interface in the new and automatic vacuum sensors removing operator intervention. The ink fill amounts are easily set through the front panel touch screen interface. Take out the guess work by entering the exact number of cubic centimeters (cc) of ink that you want the cartridge to hold. This level of automation frees the operator to efficiently operate both fill chambers and minimizes idle time. Operation of the Vacuum Fill 2i requires minimal training, as the only user input required is the fill volume. Once the start button is pressed, the rest of the process is fully automatic.

The new, improved Vacuum Fill 2i+ is fully controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). This reduces the internal wiring, eliminates analog timers and results in a super reliable system, with simpler maintenance requirements.
