The Universal Flush System removes ink and impurities from the cartridges and sponges to greatly decrease cartridge failure. This process also repairs cross-contaminated sponges.
This precision-machined unit uses needles inserted through the fill holes to flush cartridges from the inside out, removing residual ink and completely cleaning the sponges. The Universal Flush System cleans two cartridges at a time in about one minute which increases production. The unit comes complete with all the fixtures needed to accommodate all popular sponge type cartridges on the market. Additional fixtures can be purchased as new cartridges are introduced. The water pump allows the user to draw water from any supply container. This is an excellent tool to ensure a reliable remanufactured cartridge.
