The ULTRA-FILL 5060, in keeping with the FLUIDIX philosophy, provides unparalleled success in refilling HP 51626A and 51629A cartridges. We have packed a lot of muscle into this 15 lb. benchtop machine. Now you can fill cartridges through the maze hole, eliminating the need for sealing plugs, and automatically pressurize the cartridge in one, an adjustable timed cycle. Our unique process also eliminates a pre-chamber airlock. The most unique feature of the ULTRA-FILL 5060 is it's on-board cartridge evacuation capability. Performed in a dedicated docking station, this unit removes any remaining ink from the cartridge, allowing the cartridge to receive a full refill. The operator can simultaneously fill one cartridge, while evacuating another cartridge. The result is a highly efficient flow of processed cartridges with no costly lag time.

The ULTRA-CLEAN 5060 reconditions print heads and clears out nozzles for the HP 51626A and 51629A cartridges in a unique and effective manner. Two pumps work the cartridge simultaneously. One pump circulates a combination of hot water and steam directly at the print head while the second pump "breathes" air in and out of the cartridge causing the hot water/steam to be flushed back and forth through the print head nozzles in a positive and gentle manner. The ULTRA-CLEAN 5060 will even clean full cartridges when processed at half the normal timing cycle (30 seconds). We can honestly state that if the cartridge is cleanable and not damaged, this unit will clean and restore the print
head to working order.

The ULTRA-STEAM-VAC is designed is clean and vacuum black and single color cartridges with print heads through the application of a combination of hot water and steam under a continuous and gentle pressure.  A second stage vacuums out any water and ink in the cartridge. The ULTRA-STEAM-VAC
will handle up to 8 cartridges at one time. Individual cleaning stations can be shut off if you need to do less than 8 cartridges. In addition, the  steam and vacuum times  are individually adjustable from 0 to 5 minutes. This allows you to obtain only  a steam sequence, or just vacuum, or any combination of time of each one. The WorkStation 12 combines our 8 station steam clean and vacuum system with a 4 station filler. This heavy duty workhorse really performs, yielding production rates of up to 240 cartridges an hour. Utilizing our proven system in the Ultra-Pro, it is designed to fill black cartridges and single color cartridges through the print head, except the 26/29A which fills through the bottom maze hole. Another feature of the WorkStation 12 is it's built  in air compressor. Simply plug the WorkStation 12 in, supply ink,  and you are ready to go.
