R-Jet Tek is pleased to introduce a new circuit tester designed to test the Hewlett-Packard 51629, 51649, 51625, 51626, C6614 ink jet cartridges. This tester evaluates the address circuits as well as the ejection circuits.

The Diagnose System model 2001 features an LED display that illuminates during the test cycle to show the sequence of testing and whether the cartridge passes or fails. It is designed with an internal program that tests each circuit independently for electrical value rather than average of all circuits. This program, along with other programming, identifies circuits that fall within a range that would indicate the probability for a cartridge to experience a mid-cycle failure.

Eliminating these cartridges before they are remanufactured will save the remanufacturer labor and ink. It will also help to eliminate customer returns.

Using the Diagnose System is very easy for all experience levels. After the cartridge is placed in the cradle, the operator presses the test pad. After about 10 seconds, the LED will display any circuits that are defective. Another LED will indicate whether the cartridge has passed or failed. The tester operates using either 110 or 220 Vac current. Maintenance is simple and easy. The cable with the cartridge contacts will wear based on the volume (around 3,500 cartridges) of cartridges tested.
