R-Jet Tek recently announced the release of new cartridge storage and transport clips for HP tricolor cartridges 23, 41 and 78, and the Lexmark 82/83.
The clip maintains constant pressure against the print head, extending the shelf life by keeping it from drying, and it also serves to prevent the cartridge from leaking during shipping. The shell of the clip protects the electronics. R-Jet Tek clips come with a special foam that has memory, so it always applies constant pressure. The foam is coated with a unique film that allows the cartridge manufacturer the option of taping the print head or leaving it untaped.
