R-Jet Tek Adds VA Fill System to Its Line of Quality Refilling Machines

Colorado Springs-based inkjet technology leaders R-Jet Tek, has expanded it’s line of refilling systems with a new design low-volume, high-value machine positioned as a solution for short run cartridge refilling. The VA Fill System is an affordable refilling device ideal for filling specialty or occasional cartridges without disrupting normal workflow setups. The compact machine uses a vacuum chamber to eliminate 95% of the air where it matters most – at the print head. The vacuum chamber ensures more efficient ink penetration of the cartridge sponge by delivering ink directly to the print head.
Commenting on the new VA Fill System, R-Jet Tek president Mike Warner said, “The creation of this machine was a natural response to a market void. With so many cartridges available these days, it’s inevitable a remanufacturer is going to have requests for limited run of one type or another. The VA Fill System offers all the proven reliability of our high volume equipment at a very affordable price.” Warner adds that the new VA Fill “is also an ideal backup system.”
Designed around a simple, easy-to-use dosage syringe system, the VA Fill uses a one button vacuum operation, on a small footprint of only 9”x7”x9”. It’s quiet, lightweight (only 11 lbs.) and efficient (low voltage requirements). R-Jet Tek has priced the unit such that it pays for itself in only 100 cartridges.
