(Colorado Springs, CO.) September 1, 2007 – Colorado Springs-based inkjet technology leader R-Jet Tek and inventors of the first “Clip”, announces the next generation cartridge clip for the HP21/22 HP74/75 HP50/90/100 Series and the Canon 40/50 series cartridges. This new clip is the first in the “X” line, which features a novel design for which a patent is pending.

According to Neal Zandonella, R-Jet Tek marketing manager, “The new “X” line is designed to allow several cartridge types to fit securely in one clip. This solution allows customers to realize a cost savings by buying in quantity, and because these clips weigh less, shipping costs are lower. Less plastic also means we are continually looking to advance the Remanufacturing Industry’s green ethic in everything we do. This is another example of how we identify, engineer and manufacture solutions in-house.” According to Zandonella, the new X-Clip for HP and Canon is scheduled for shipment in September and a new version for Lexmark 82/83/30 series that will also fit the similar Dell cartridges will be released shortly thereafter.
