The new Industrial Steam Generator, available now, fills a direct need of R-JetTek development to complete the process.
Since dry ink in the print head nozzle is one of the main processing obstacles refillers are faced with today, R-JetTek has incorporated the new Steam Generator to clean the outside of cartridges, remove old labels and dissolve old dry ink from the nozzles into their own process. This process effectively prepares the cartridge for filling, resulting in a very high success rate.
According to R-JetTek president Steve Johnson, “Our research has shown that introducing steam cleaning to the cartridge preparation process greatly increases productivity and minimizes rejects.
