R-JetTek, the Colorado Springs-based leader in inkjet technology solutions, announced impressive sales growth figures for the first half of 2004. The company realized a 20% increase in year-to-date sales over 2003.
Several factors have played a role in the R-JetTek’s growth. According to the company’s v.p. of development, Mike Warner, “I believe the significant sales volume is related to our increased R-Jet Tek line of systems, offering a wide range of reliable options for our customers. The R-Jet Tek line includes everything from entry-level startup systems to high-volume production line machines. We’re making it easier for new companies to come into the business and established companies to be more productive.”
The company attributes its comprehensive supply inventory as another reason for its growth. Because it designs and manufactures many of the supplies and accessories found in its catalog, R-JetTek is able to keep costs down and pass the savings on to their customers. Warner adds, “Our pricing, product performance and reliability have earned us some valuable business relationships and is continually attracting new interest.”
Finally, R-JetTek is a global company with a growing number of distributors internationally. The company now has six distributors around the world making it easier to introduce their systems, supplies and services to new and emerging markets. The company believes that enhanced response time through their distribution network has generated increased sales.
Regional sales manager, Ricardo Gomez notes, “It would be difficult to pinpoint the impact customer service has had on our impressive sales growth, but I believe our commitment to helping our customers succeed after the sale has been a strong factor.
