The Colorado Springs-based pioneer in inkjet technology, R-Jet Tek, used
Recharger’s largest world event to introduce a new line of production machines. The new systems presented at WorldExpo 2004 in Las Vegas September 29-October 1, complete a product line for all production volume levels from small remanufacturing operations to the largest.
The new line includes the EcoJet, SelectJet and ValuJet systems. The ValuJet offers precision filling by utilizing volumetric dispensing. The SelectJet will supply 16 different types of ink by simply turning a knob. The EcoJet is R-Jet Tek’s entry-level system that provides startup companies with a reliable, quality-built solution at a very attractive price point.
R-Jet Tek also introduced the VO66 Oven and VB120 Vacuum Boiler. Both units were developed to address critical remanufacturing process steps in the drying and cleaning of color cartridge sponges. The VB Vacuum Impregnation System cleans the foam and nozzles after centrifuging. The VO66 Vacuum Oven uses a very unique cryogenic process to dry the foam, preparing it for filling.
R-Jet Tek utilizes World Expo 2004 as an ideal forum for the company to connect with valued customers and develop new relationships. The opportunity to showcase new systems, processes and techniques is invaluable. According to R-Jet Tek President Mike Warner, “We are in a very dynamic industry and this event provides us an excellent venue to introduce the innovations that enhance our role as an industry leader. We enjoy telling our story, but we also take with us a tremendous volume of information from our customers to help us continue to meet their needs.”
This year’s event was particularly exciting and colorful, with high traffic and high enthusiasm. R-Jet Tek’s new booth design was an attractive addition to the show floor as people from all over the world stopped in to learn about the new products, share technical feedback and renew friendships.
