R-Jet Tek’s 2nd R-Jet Tek Academy was a success! The first R-Jet Tek Academy was held on the road in Las Vegas in conjunction with World Expo in Las Vegas. This second Academy was hosted here at R-JetTek Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.
“We had attendees from all over the continent. People came in from Toronto, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Chicago. The first day was a series of lectures with topics ranging from “Marketplace Overview and Trends,” to “Introduction to Retailing,” to “Remanufacturing – Process, Procedure and Product.” The second day was spent doing hands on training with R-Jet Tek machines and OCP ink”, according to sales manager, Clayton Sparks.
A new addition to the Academy was visits to local refilling stores. As many of the attendees were looking to open retail stores of their own, the time spent at these retail stores was invaluable. “I am very proud of the program we have put together at R-JetTek,” says Sparks. “Ramon Cruz is an excellent technician and he imparts a lot of valuable information to the attendees on how to process cartridges during our hands on training. Sales manager Ricardo Gomez has his finger on pulse on the market place and he gives great insights on sales, marketing and strategy in his lectures. “People learn more in three days here than they could anywhere else in twice the time”, says Gomez.
