Packaging: Our standard is to attach a Remanufactured Cartridge label to the cartridge, tape the printhead, seal in plastic bag, attach a clip, place in white or green/white generic box.

Offer: We reserve the right to reject any and all cartridges sent to us for remanufacturing. We will return all cartridges we reject and cartridges that did not pass our print quality test.

Freight: All prices are FOB Colorado Springs, CO. We ship UPS Ground unless you specify and pay for a different method. We insure all cartridges for their full value.

Guarantee: If our remanufactured cartridge fails to perform in comparable fashion to a similar OEM cartridge we will accept it for refund. We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from invoice date. Cartridges that do not contain our specific code will not be considered for any guarantee.
