Back in July we purchased the following equipment: CentraSpinII, JetPro Atomizer, and the Universal Flush System. Since that time we have noticed the following progress:

1: Our color cartridges have never been so vibrant and close to OEM quality as a result of the Flush System.

2. We noticed drastic improvement in print quality. Our percentages for cartridges went up. At this point we have basically eliminated troubleshooting cartridges. Or we have drastically reduced the need to do so.

3. We had many boxes of mainly Lexmarks and 90 series cartridges that we just could not get to work. Within the first month of having the equipment we tried to fill the cartridges again. Cartridges that at one time would not work despite at least three attempts now began to work. For example we had 50 HP 97 cartridges that had blocked jets. After running them through the new process 47 of them worked perfectly, two of them remained clogged, and one had bad electronics. And remember these were from our reject pile.

4. Before the R-Jet equipment we had to fill most Lexmark's as people waited. Or worse we placed bi-monthly orders of $3000 for Lexmarks filled by another company that had spotty quality. Since the R-Jet equipment we have not outsourced another Lexmark cartridge.

5. Within the first month and a half of using the new process, we calculated savings of over $2000. Using the Atomizer especially just makes financial sense.
