The WorkStation 12 combines our 8 Station Steam Clean and Vacuum System with a 4 Station Filler. This heavy-duty workhorse really performs, yielding processing rates of up to 240 cartridges an hour. Utilizing our proven system in the Ultra-Pro CX, it is designed to fill black cartridges and single color cartridges through the print head except the 51626/29A which fills through the bottom maze hole. Filling cartridges through the print head helps clear nozzles. The WorkStation 12 and Ultra-Pro CX are some of the first ink jet filling machines to fill cartridges in this manner. Our unique single stroke air driven ink pump controls the ink volume. Ink amounts are adjustable from 0 to 50 ml. The ink volume control is located up front and easy to read and operate. Another feature of the WorkStation 12 is it's built in air compressor. Simply plug the WorkStation 12 in, supply ink, and you are ready to go. The 8 station cleaning section of this machine is designed to clean and vacuum black and single color cartridges with print heads, through the application of a combination of hot water and steam under a continuous and gentle pressure. A second stage vacuums out any water and ink in the cartridge. The WorkStation 12 will handle up to 8 cartridges at one time. Individual cleaning stations can be shut off if you need to do less than 8 cartridges. In addition, the steam and vacuum times are individually adjustable, from 0 to 5 minutes. This allows you to obtain just a steam sequence, or just vacuum or any combination of times of each one. WorkStation 12 price includes $1600.00 worth of cradles.
