Does not work with PGI-270 in Canon Pixma MG5721

Could not recognize PGI-270 OEM Canon Black Cartridges after reset; other CLI-271 color cartridges have no problem (after reset). Printer model Canon Pixma MG5721. Brand new OEM PGI-270 works fine with the printer.
