One bottle of in k did open up in shipment, but customer service sent another bottle free of charge! Thanks! (Bottle was missing the black tape around the cap). -
Great Customer Support/Bad Packages

Received Refill kit promptly, but had a leaking yellow container. I did not open and send a notification of the issue. Dave was gracious to send another kit even though I only needed the yellow ink replaced. Received second kit with another container leaking. Not a sever, but enough to wonder why the caps leaked. I send message to Dave and he promptly replied to keep both kits. I'm very thank for for that. Great customer service. When I opened the leaking bottles I notice the seals where still on the bottles. I believe the pressure change in altitude caused the ink to squeeze out. In Any case the bottles where sealed in a bag avoiding further damage and contamination. Filled the ink cartridges as instructed and I'm able to print on my HP8625. Good quality ink and easy instructions.

Great value, simple to use

I recently purchased another ink refill kit, 4 full years after having bought the first one from R-JetTek for my then-new HP OfficeJet 8630 printer. I still had a little black ink left but after 4 years, what was left was a little to thick to use. No worries - to be expected after 4 years. I added up the amount of money I've saved on new cartridges in four years and the net savings is at least four hundred dollars. Would highly recommend their kits. Using the syringes is a bit tricky the first couple times, but once you get the hang if it, you can refill a cartridge in a few minutes.

This refill kit is the simplest, easiest on the market. Ink quality is very good. Instructions are accurate and precise. I used it to maintain 2 HP Pro 8600 Plus printers refilling the original starter cartridges. I purchased a set of 0590/951XL HP original cartridges to use as the permanent reset cartridge to allow the refilled cartridges to the properly recognized. Everything works as advertised!! One refill kit plus the original startup cartridges in each printer allowed printing of over 15000 B&W and 7000Color pages (cannot comment on % coverage but my printing was typical of home/small office printing). Highly recommended!!
