Ink Port Caps fit over the ink exit port on the cartridge to protect it against damage and leaking during transport. These caps fit Canon BCI3/6/CLI18/221/PGI5/220/221/225/226 and Hewlett Packard HP564/564XL/920/920XL
Ball Plug used in HP 10 (C4843A), 88 (C9385AN), 940 (C4902AN), 564 (CB318WN), 920 (CD971AN), Canon CLI8, BCI3, PGI5 series, and with the Epson Valve Plugs.
This Plug is used in the HP 564XL, 920XL and Canon CLI221, CLI8, BCI3, PGI5 PGI220, PGI225, PGI226 cartridges. An 18g or smaller needle is injected and removed through the plug, allowing the cartridge to be refilled while upside-down, as recommended.
This needle tipped solder iron helps to remove the plastic ball plugs from Canon/HP cartridges. Some of the newer model cartridges have a hard plastic plug that is difficult to remove. This iron is used to melt a hole in the plug, then either a plug remover Part #7067 or a drywall screw is inserted in the hole to pry the plug out. Complete instructions can be found in our hand refill kit #3264 or #3264K.
