Epson CISS – Continuous Ink Supply Systems ...

Epson introduced their own CISS systems in certain parts of the world over a year ago. Now it appears they will introduce printers with CISS systems in the U.S. While these printers are still in Beta testing you should keep an eye open for Epson announcements so you know when they enter the U.S. market. The printers are not cheap (no razor – razor blade strategy) but the ink is low cost. Will there be an opportunity for the cartridge remanufacturers… time will tell.
