Part One: Ink Jet Primer Chapter One: Introduction My goal in writing this book was to present a startup guide for this exciting cutting edge business that contained all of what I have learned and experienced in my 8 years working in the Ink Jet Printer Industry. Much of my experience comes from working with R-Jet Tek which manufactures products specifically for companies in the business of remanufacturing ink jet cartridges for their local and regional end users. With more than 5,000 customers worldwide, R-Jet Tek has played an important role in the expeditious growth of this industry. Working with these companies, I have learned firsthand what it takes to prevail in this business. As with any new industry we were all operating in uncharted territory.
